Mobile Manual & Movement Therapies

Many of our patients are immobilized or find it difficult to get around. We understand these limitations, and don’t want getting to your treatment to contribute to the problem! We are happy to bring our mobile treatment unit to your location and deliver mobile therapy in your home or place of business. Please contact us with your specific needs, reason for immobility and desired location for treatment, and we’ll develop a plan to bring our specialized treatment to you.

Mobile Manual Therapy also includes our specialty services for cyclists and outdoors activities. Home bike fitting as well as bike fitting on spin or Peloton bikes is available. Running or hiking evaluations can be performed on a home treadmill or stairs.

These services are meant for the client who may not be able to leave the home often or are looking for a personalized program for use on their own equipment and need a check in intermittently or between rehabilitation sessions.

Offered:

• Pilates based- rehabilitation and movement
  Utilizing the Pilates reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel etc. (please see info on Pilates-Based Rehabilitation)
• GYROTONIC® Method
  The GYROTONIC® Method is a whole-body movement system that enhances mobility, balance, strength, and flexibility through spiraling, circular sequences coordinated with breath. These flowing patterns allow the joints to move naturally without strain or compression, creating ease and efficiency in movement.
• Specialized Equipment
  Sessions are practiced on the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower and other specialized equipment, designed to support the body’s natural spiraling motions. The apparatus can be tailored to an individual’s proportions for safe, effective, and personalized training.
• Mobile Sessions in the Roaring Fork Valley
  Clients who own either a GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower/Handle Unit or any of the Pilates equipment may arrange private in-home sessions within the Roaring Fork Valley. In most cases, an initial office visit is required prior to scheduling home-based instruction to ensure a personalized program design.
